OTHER & FAQ

Transfer of Care to Your GP

Once you are stable on medication, we can request Shared Care with your GP so that prescriptions can move to the NHS. Most GPs are happy to agree when a clear diagnosis and care plan are provided.

After Diagnosis: Support & Next Steps

Receiving a diagnosis in adulthood can be both validating and emotional. Our clinic offers ongoing support to help you adjust and thrive, including:

  •  Executive functioning strategies
  •  Practical guidance for work, study and daily life
  •  Support letters and reports for workplaces or universities

We are here to ensure you feel confident and supported long after the assessment is complete.

Who We Support

We welcome adults and young people who may be struggling with aspects of their neurodevelopmental health and are seeking clarity, guidance or ongoing support. This may include those who:

  •  Suspect they may have ADHD or Autism
  •  Are experiencing burnout, overwhelm or longstanding difficulties with organisation, attention or emotional regulation
  •  Mask heavily and struggle socially
  •  Need assessment for work, university or personal understanding
  •  Have a previous diagnosis and require medication review

You do not need a GP referral to see us.
