Consultation Charges

We charge according to the type of assessment or appointment you require.

The majority of our assessments are multi-disciplinary, which means that 2 different professionals are involved in an in-depth formulation of your child’s difficulties. Our assessments are all done face to face, with the exception of some follow up appointments which can take place on online if required for those travelling longer distances.

A thorough written report is produced following all assessments. Additional charges are payable for the writing of medical reports and letters which are requested in addition to this.

By using the services provided by Dr Cassie and Associates (under the trading name of Moulsford Medical Ltd), you agree to our charging policies, consultation charges, and terms and conditions of business.

Payment Terms

All fees must be settled at the time of consultation.  Invoices must be paid in advance of the assessment date please. Payment will need to be sent by BACS transfer please.  Patients with outstanding accounts are only seen at the clinician’s discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Patients are advised that in booking an appointment they are reserving Dr Cassie and Associates’ time exclusively for their treatment. We require at least 48 hours’ notice for the cancellation of appointments. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of up to 50% of the total fee. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if you do not attend your appointment, the full fee will be payable. Cancellation of Monday appointments should be given by 12pm on the Thursday before. This fee may be partially or completely waived in exceptional circumstances.
