Kate is a Specialist Autism Practitioner with over 20 years’ experience supporting neurodiverse children across a variety of settings, including primary education, swimming instruction, and private ABA programmes.
As a highly experienced specialist teacher, Kate brings a deep understanding of the strengths and challenges associated with neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and sensory processing differences. Her work is grounded in empathy and practical insight, enabling her to identify key pressure points and triggers for children, while also supporting parents and educators navigating these challenges within school environments.
Kate works with both adults and children, offering comprehensive assessments that support individuals and families in developing a clearer understanding of their unique profile. She is passionate about helping people feel more confident, supported, and able to thrive in education, work, and daily life.
A qualified Autism Clinician, Kate is trained in administering autism assessments and developmental histories. She works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team alongside psychologists and neurodiversity specialists, in line with NICE guidelines for gold standard practice.
Kate has been a valued member of our clinic for some time, supporting patients across both adult and paediatric assessment pathways.
