Since joining our growing clinic in 2023, she has applied her extensive management experience to strengthen operational systems, enhance team performance, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care. Her leadership is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence across all aspects of the clinic.
As a parent of two neurodivergent children, Imogen brings valuable lived experience to her role. This perspective informs her compassionate and thoughtful approach, ensuring that families feel understood, respected, and well-supported. She is deeply committed to empowering parents and carers with the knowledge, confidence, and resources they need throughout their journey with us.
