At Dr Cassie & Associates, Gemma plays a key role in strengthening operational systems, enhancing efficiency, and supporting sustainable growth. She works closely with the leadership team to bring clarity and structure to internal processes enabling clinicians and staff to focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Outside of her consultancy work, Gemma is a trustee for a charitable organisation and a qualified horticulturalist, passions that reflect her belief in purposeful growth, balance, and giving back to the community.
