Emma is an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

Emma has seven years’ experience working across both the charity sector and private practice. She has particular expertise in supporting adults experiencing stress, anxiety, and burnout, especially professionals in caring or pastoral roles where emotional demands can be significant.
More recently, Emma has developed a strong interest in working with parents. She recognises how the combination of work, family life, and societal expectations can leave parents feeling overwhelmed or depleted. Emma offers a reflective, compassionate space in which parents can explore their emotional experiences, challenge unhelpful pressures around how they “should” be coping, and develop ways of approaching family life with greater ease and self-compassion.
Emma holds the following qualifications:
- BA English Literature, University of Cambridge (2005)
- PGDip Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, University of East London (2018)
- MA Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, University of East London (2021)
She is also an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
