Dr Cassie & Associates is a private specialist neurodevelopmental clinic registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), based at The Stables 3 and The Cottage, Howbery Park, Wallingford, Oxfordshire OX10 8BA (reception at The Stables 3).
We provide private clinical assessments, diagnosis, therapy, medication consultations, and ongoing care for children, young people, and adults with neurodevelopmental conditions including ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, DCD, and related conditions. All services are delivered in line with NICE guidelines.
Appointments are confirmed once we have received your completed enquiry, agreed a date and time with you, and received any required pre-appointment paperwork. By booking an appointment with us you agree to these terms.
Payment is due in full upon receipt of an invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All invoices must be settled in accordance with the payment instructions provided.
Our current fees are listed on our Fees page. Payment is due in line with the terms set out at the time of booking. Payment is made via a secure Stripe payment link. Please note that fees are reviewed periodically and may change without prior notice — the fee that applies to your booking is the one in force on the date of your appointment.
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule and we will do our best to be flexible.
Following an assessment, you will receive a written report. Reports are typically delivered within 4-6 weeks of your appointment. Reports remain the intellectual property of the assessing clinician but you have the right to use them for your own purposes (sharing with school, GP, employer etc.).
All information you share with us is treated in strict confidence in line with our Privacy Policy. We only share clinical information with third parties when you have given us consent or where we are required to do so by law or for safeguarding reasons.
We have a duty to safeguard children and vulnerable adults. If we have concerns about a child's or adult's safety, we may need to share information with relevant safeguarding authorities. We will always tell you if we plan to do so, unless doing so would put someone at risk.
Our clinicians are qualified professionals registered with the appropriate UK regulatory bodies. We carry full professional indemnity insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the extent permitted by law and the terms of our insurance.
Our website is provided for general information about our services. While we make every effort to keep it accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or error-free. The website is not a substitute for clinical advice — please contact us directly for specific guidance about your situation.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please see our Complaints Procedure. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve concerns quickly and fairly.
